Bob Kelley's Key Works (235A Washington St.) business is a mere 15 sq. ft., tucked next to Pi Alley, making it possibly the smallest office in all of Boston. With an AC unit in the summer, and a space heater in the winter, Kelley makes keys, sells cigarettes and lottery tickets to a clientele that often forms a line outside his tiny booth.
