Special Boston Tea Party Commemoration: Samuel Adams & John Hancock
The Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum, Revolution 250, the Historic Burying Grounds Initiative of Boston, and the City of Boston will place special commemorative markers at the graves of Sameul Adams and John Hancock in recognition for the roles in the events leading up to the Boston Tea Party.
This ceremony will conlcude a multi-year effort to place commemorative markers at the graves of known Boston Tea Party participants around the world in anticipation of the 250th Anniversary of the Boston Tea Party. The event is free and open to the public.
