The brother and sister duo Edward and Shawn Wilson grew up in Texas and wanted to go back to their roots of delicious BBQ and give Boston a little bit of Texas. The restaurant uses family recipes. The meats are rubbed with delicious seasonings, cooked low and slow to tease every ounce of flavor out. The side dishes scream southern comfort and there is also lighter options mixing traditional BBQ with healthy vegetables and healthy grains to lighten the meal.
