Birdies Hot Chicken

The story of Birdies Hot Chicken started in 2018 when Vivian traveled to Nashville Tennessee for a weekend getaway, not knowing this trip would change her life forever. When Vivian, a self-proclaimed “foodie,” had her first taste of Nashville Hot Chicken, she saw the potential in it. She was inspired to devise her own best version of Nashville hot chicken.

After arriving home from Nashville, Vivian bought herself a fryer, though having limited experience with frying. She invited a few friends over to taste the first recipe of her Nashville Hot Chicken. In Vivian’s old apartment the windows only cracked open a few inches, and the smell of cooked food lingered in the apartment for days. Discouraged by the smell and results, she waited to move before she could cook again. Since then, Vivian has hosted countless “test kitchens” over the years inviting her friends and family and frying her best version of Nashville Hot Chicken from her 3rd floor apartment deck. 
 
Vivian is very proud of her version of Nashville Hot Chicken, and her mission is to share it with everyone.
