Two offices

Two beautiful 4th floor offices with over-sized windows and a shared waiting room (864 square feet total) overlook the Irish Famine Memorial on Washington Street. The natural lighting is amazing throughout the day (always there because you are overlooking the street, and there is no building blocking the light; and never in your eyes). The suite is currently occupied by psychologists and would be ideal for therapists, lawyers, accountants, writers, or a small start-up. The two-story well-appointed lobby underwent a full renovation in 2016. There is 24-hour security and on-site building manager.

The Old South Building is an 11-story Beau Arts-style office and retail building between State Street and the new Millennium Tower. Built in 1903 and designed by the noted architect A.H. Bowditch on land owned by the congregation of the adjacent Old South Meeting House.  It has entrances at 10 Milk Street and at 294 Washington Street. With a superb view from School Street, the facade of the building features elegant symmetrical and classical Greek- and Roman-inspired ornamentation, including columns, cornices, and triangular pediments, which bracket both entrances.
