D’Guru’s mission is to promote joy, flavor and nutrition through fresh, healthy and delicious food. At D’Guru, food is cooked fresh in small batches every day. This keeps the daily menu fresh and also fits with the restaurant’s belief of avoiding needless wastage, even at the risk of some dishes running out before the close of business. D’Guru approaches each day’s menu as if the restaurant’s owners are cooking for their own family, but on a larger scale.
