Local brothers Michael & Matthew Kaplan always loved good food, especially satisfying salads and sandwiches. In their prior careers, they quickly discovered that fast food and fresh food don’t typically go hand-in-hand and that finding a great salad or sandwich wasn’t all that easy. So they set out to change things, and in 2010, they opened their first Downtown Boston location.
Artisan sandwiches lent themselves perfectly to their fast-and-fresh concept. They also innovated signature walk- and desk-friendly salads, while expanding their menu to include protein-packed quinoa bowls and innovative vegetarian and vegan options.
