Tucker Husband

Senior Manager of Safety & Risk Assessment

Tucker Husband joined the Downtown Boston BID in July of 2018. Tucker is responsible for providing safety and risk management leadership for the BID and its members. In responding to risk-based observations and stakeholder concerns, Tucker works with area security representatives to develop and implement safety programs. He attends the many neighborhood and city-wide safety meetings to create and maintain relationships with law enforcement and city agency partners.

Tucker received his bachelor’s in political science from Providence College and Master’s in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.

Prior to joining the BID, Tucker managed the collaborative emergency preparedness and security programs for twelve years in Boston’s Longwood Medical and Academic Area (LMA), which included the multi-year emergency exercise program, emergency communications systems and safety training.
