Kelsey Pramik joined the BID in 2023. As the Director of Special Projects, she leads cross-departmental initiatives, considers new priorities, and manages the development of new strategic focuses. This role leverages her decade of experience in project management, communications, marketing, executive office management, and strategic planning.

Prior to coming to the BID, she spent four years at the Esplanade Association, a nonprofit organization working to revitalize and enhance the Charles River Esplanade. There, she led communications and public programming, including founding the Frost Fit Winter Fitness Series, and growing the Esplanade 5K from a small community fun run to one of the signature annual events on the Esplanade.

In addition, she has worked for a range of place-based and membership organizations in Boston and Washington, DC, including Rock Creek Conservancy, Charles River Conservancy, Land Trust Alliance, and Federal City Council.

Kelsey has a Master of Public Policy from American University and a B.A. from the University of Virginia. She is a graduate of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Leadership Program. In her spare time, she enjoys birdwatching, stand-up paddleboarding, and bike riding.
